Jason McKenzie

Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Jason McKenzie is our Operations Manager and has over 25 years of experience in construction. He takes pride in supplying our customers with quality materials by working closely with our suppliers every day. In addition, he oversees daily operations, along with the fabrication of our vinyl fencing, and does our purchasing. He also makes sure that our customers are happy and have the correct products that they ordered. Jason resides in Emmitsburg, Maryland, with his wife of 23 years. They have 3 children and recently welcomed a grandson. Jason enjoys sports, music, smoking food, 4-wheeling, and spending time with his family.

Allen Speak

Warehouse & Delivery Manager

Allen was a new addition to our team at Ladiesburg Lumber in July of 2024 as our warehouse & delivery manager. He ensures that your next project’s needs are in stock and ready for delivery or pick-up in a concise and timely manner. He has 5-plus years of management experience, where attention to detail and a good work ethic are assets that will make your construction experience with us worry-free. Allen and his wife reside in Union Bridge on their family farm, where they raise livestock and crops and are welcoming their first child in late spring of 2025.

Amanda Talbott

Sales Manager

Amanda is a highly self-motivated individual with a passion for leadership and sales. She has over 20 years of experience in sales and has a versatile background supporting Business Operations, Project Estimation/Bidding, and Customer Service. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, watching her children play sports, and being outdoors.

Tricia Walker

Accounting Manager

With over 35 years of experience in Administration, Accounting, and Inventory, Tricia joined the Ladiesburg Lumber team in 2023. Being extremely detail-oriented and organized makes her an asset to the team. She is dedicated and driven when it comes to her career and constantly looks for ways to improve processes and find innovative solutions to complex problems. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, live music, riding motorcycles, exploring thrift and antique stores, and spending quality time with family and friends.
